  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The Foreman/Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle mechanical and electrical issues. This includes using diagnostic tools, performing repairs, ensuring workshop safety, and maintaining accurate service records.

Job Description

  • Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle components.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to assess and address faults.
  • Perform repairs or replacements of faulty vehicle parts.
  • Ensure that all maintenance is completed in line with workshop guidelines.
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly used, maintained, and calibrated.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with the supervisor, service advisor, admin, spare parts team, and technicians.
  • Record all repairs, parts used, and services performed accurately.
  • Complete job cards and service logs for each vehicle.
  • Report any additional issues or necessary repairs to supervisors.

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a mechanic or automotive foreman.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
