Job Description
- Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash and reimburse staff within 3 working days.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in preparing payments, maintain aging payables within credit terms, and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Ensure all transactions are recorded daily and support sales reconciliation.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Audit & Stock Take Support: Participate in stock takes and assist during audits.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Finance/Accountancy is an advantage).
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical and general office work.
- Critical skills related to financial documentation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
