Your Job Scope :

  • 通过处理上门、在线和电话咨询，执行销售支持和客户关系管理，协助产品选择、提供报价、处理订单，并维护良好的客户关系以促进回头客. (Sales support and customer relationship management by serving walk-in and online customers, following up on inquiries, assisting with product selection, providing quotations, processing orders, and building strong relationships for repeat business.)
  • 协助创建社交媒体营销内容，协调线上和线下活动，以及组织推广活动，以提升品牌知名度并吸引客户. (Assist in marketing social media content creation, coordinating online and offline campaigns, and organizing promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.)
  • 维护吸引人的展厅陈列和环境，协助生成销售报告以分析趋势，并与团队协作，确保库存供应和销售工作与业务目标一致。(Maintain an attractive showroom display and environment, assist in sales reports generation to analyze trends, and collaborate with teams to align inventory stock availability and sales efforts with business goals.)
  • Be able to work at weekend & off day at weekdays.

Qualifications & Experience You Should Have :

  • Experience & knowledge in communicating with customer.
  • Possess Bachelor's or Diploma in business study, marketing, or equivalent field (will be added advantage).
  • Experience work in retail sales environment & customer service (will be added advantage).
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
