ADMIN ASSISTANT / ADMIN COORDINATOR
Job Description:
1. Support administrative work including data entry and registration into databases, spreadsheets or other digital formats.
2. Compiling reports for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
3. Reviewing and checking data for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies to maintain data integrity.
4. Assist in generating project reports and preparing data analysis as requested.
5. Maintains an organized and systematic filing and record keeping.
6. Assist in coordination tasks which includes but not limited to inventory sourcing, preparing project presentation slides, project schedule, job vacancy posting, schedule interview appointment and other administrative support.
7. Able to undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Requirement
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior administrative experience preferred.
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Detailed-oriented and multitasking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
