About the Role:
At The Raw, we believe in empowering confidence through skincare backed by science. As the Head of Loyalty & Partnerships, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and collaborations that elevate our brand presence. Your role is to turn first-time buyers into lifelong The Raw believers by curating impactful loyalty programs and strategic brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and brand affinity.
- Develop strategic partnerships with beauty retailers, wellness brands, and lifestyle platforms to amplify The Raw’s presence.
- Leverage customer data to build engagement-driven, personalized experiences.
- Monitor and optimize loyalty initiatives, ensuring maximum impact on brand awareness and revenue.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce & Social teams to integrate loyalty strategies across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify new market trends and innovations to keep The Raw ahead in the beauty loyalty game.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for skincare and beauty industry trends.
- 5+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, partnership management, or CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and retention marketing.
- A creative yet strategic mindset—you understand both branding and numbers.
- Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
