Key Responsibilities- Majority of customers will be coming by the office, so you must like engaging with potential customers in-person, online and phone inquiries - understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- You will need to build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up - the more you follow-up, the more the reward!
- Achieve and / or exceed assigned sales targets by proactively closing indoor sales deals, effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Adapt to feedback and refine sales approaches to improve performance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
Key Requirements- No prior experience required, we welcome motivated SPM and / or Fresh Grads - we will train you!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly driven and results-oriented, with a passion for closing deals.
- Must be conversational in Mandarin and Malay; English is a bonus!
- Ability to adapt to feedback, learn quickly, and improve sales techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in closing Sales and meeting Revenue Targets.
