Key Responsibilities

  • Majority of customers will be coming by the office, so you must like engaging with potential customers in-person, online and phone inquiries - understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • You will need to build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up - the more you follow-up, the more the reward!
  • Achieve and / or exceed assigned sales targets by proactively closing indoor sales deals, effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Adapt to feedback and refine sales approaches to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.

Key Requirements

  • No prior experience required, we welcome motivated SPM and / or Fresh Grads - we will train you!
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Must be conversational in Mandarin and Malay; English is a bonus!
  • Ability to adapt to feedback, learn quickly, and improve sales techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple inquiries.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
    • Previous experience in closing Sales and meeting Revenue Targets.
