Assistant Executive, QC Lab
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to conduct all necessary quality control test and analysis from incoming raw material, in-process to finished goods by ensuring it meets the product standard specification / parameters.
2. Ensure material is released timely for production use and defect material is able to be segregated effectively.
3. Create report to superiors to highlight issues, details number of defective products being produced and suggest for improvement.
4. Prepare, compile and filing all inspection reports and other related paperwork that might be necessary.
5. Maintain laboratory, retention sample storage area and water treatment room cleanliness and tidiness on a daily basis.
6. Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained in good working conditions.
7. Responsible to maintain updated records of laboratory stock level by conducting regular checking.
8. Support on periodic internal, external audit and all other inspections to ensure effective implementation of all quality procedures and standards throughout the entire operation.
9. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Work Instruction (WI) in according to the company's required standard and expectation.
10. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Food Science Technology/Food Science/Nutrition/Chemistry/Biotechnology Genetics or any other equivalent.
2. 1 year of working experience in laboratory functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
