JOB PURPOSE
To assist Purchasing Manager in daily operations
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining data (Invoice, Transfer Form, AO Form, RO Form) into inventory system on daily basis
- To assure that all items (item code, specification, unit price) are updated into system in a timely manner.
- To assist in sourcing and seeking to obtain the maximum ultimate value of each dollar of expenditure.
- To issue Purchase Order. Ensure that all Purchase Orders are processed in the time frame.
- To generate, monitor and follow-up the deliveries status on Purchase Order to meet requirement schedules and related process. Ensure all related documents are placed in order.
- To follow up with supplier on any returned / rejected goods.
- To assist in receiving of goods (dry & wet). Ensure goods received is meeting the company’s expectation.
- To assist in monthly stock count and checking goods’ expiration date. In addition, also assist in investigate on stock discrepancies.
- To assist in generating monthly reports.
- Any other administrative work. E.g. filing, data entry and checking.
- Discharge such other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by Purchasing Manager.
- Any other duty as stated in the summary of functions and responsibilities issued from time to time but not mentioned in this Job Description.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Other spoken languages will be value added)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
