As a Procurement Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth procurement operations. You will be involved in various tasks to support the procurement team and contribute to the overall supply chain management.

Key Respontibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Support the team with tracking and managing inventory levels.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Help communicate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in price comparisons and vendor evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in data entry and updating procurement software and databases.
  • Help prepare reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as filing, document organization, and scheduling meetings.
  • Shadow team members during supplier negotiations and vendor communications.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
