About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:
  • Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, and emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
  • Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
  • Assists with installation and modification of building utility equipment systems.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including electrical, cooling equipment systems (HVAC), air compressor, fire alarm system and etc.
  • Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • Schedule and plan daily assignments as directed by reporting supervisor.
  • Familiar with CMMS (Si7) to create work order tickets and close within the time frame
  • Attend to client complaints and complete the task within the given time frame.
  • Repair and maintenance of plumbing system, carpenter, make good wall surface, floor surface, toilet repairs, and roof repairs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
About you:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 year working experience in facilities & maintenance.
  • Experience and hands on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire system, DI plant, WWTP and building maintenance.
  • Minimum Chargeman AO certificate.
  • Well verse in communication skill and report writing.
