Payroll Processing & Compliance

  • Accurate & Timely Payroll Processing
  • Calculate and process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement in line with the company's payroll schedule.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, and leaves to ensure proper wage computation.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to validate payroll data before processing payments.
  • Compliance with Statutory & Company Policies
  • Ensure payroll processing adheres to all relevant Malaysian employment laws, such as the Employment Act, EPF (Employees Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security Organization), and PCB (Monthly Tax Deduction).
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company’s payroll processes align with legal requirements.

Payroll Records Management

  • Employee Payroll Data Maintenance
  • Maintain and update payroll records for all employees, including salary structures, benefits, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Record salary adjustments due to promotions, increments, or changes in employee contracts.
  • Ensure proper documentation of new hires, terminations, and resignations in payroll records.
  • Payroll Adjustments Processing
  • Process variable compensation elements such as performance bonuses, commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure deductions for statutory contributions, loan repayments, and salary advances are correctly applied.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Payroll Reports Generation
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance and HR departments for budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis purposes.
  • Generate annual payroll summaries, tax reports, and other required documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit & Compliance Documentation
  • Maintain proper payroll documentation for audit purposes and ensure payroll records comply with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist auditors by providing necessary payroll records and reports when required.

Employee Support & Issue Resolution

  • Handling Employee Payroll Inquiries
  • Address employee questions regarding salary breakdowns, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related matters.
  • Provide clarification on payslips, tax deductions, statutory contributions, and other payroll concerns.
  • Payroll Discrepancy Investigation & Resolution
  • Identify and investigate payroll discrepancies, such as incorrect salary payments or deduction errors.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues promptly and ensure employees receive correct payments.
  • Guidance on Statutory Deductions & Policies
  • Educate employees on statutory deductions, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax regulations.
  • Provide advice on payroll-related company policies and assist employees with tax-related queries.

Process Improvements & System Enhancements

  • Payroll Process Optimization
  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Identify areas for automation and recommend best practices to streamline payroll operations.
  • Payroll System Implementation & Maintenance
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of payroll software, ensuring functionality meets payroll processing needs.
  • Maintain payroll system updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or software vendors for enhancements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
