Boutique Assistant Contract Bangi
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
- Performing and end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down window, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

1. Greet with smile
Always greet customers as they enter the boutique with a friendly smile and a welcoming phrase
like, "Welcome to Camellia!”
2. Product standard
Ensure all products are neatly hung on hangers. Arrange them clockwise and maintain a gap of two
fingers between each hanger for a tidy display.
3. Product alignment
Arrange products from small to large sizes. For colours, organise them from lighter tones to darker
ones.
4. Tidiness
Keep all products and areas of the boutique neat and well-organised at all times.
5. Pick up phone
Always answer the phone promptly when customers call.
6. Cashier flow
Follow all rules and regulations set by the company regarding cashier operations.
7. Bag check
Notify the team in the group chat for a bag check and perform a bag check before closing the
boutique, ensuring its done under CCTV supervision.
8. No phone on the floor
It is prohibited to chat or play with your phone while working. Focus on customer service and
maintaining a professional environment.
