As a Senior Client Operations Officer in Payment Services team, you are responsible to ensure that all Cash Payment related activities are processed in a timely and efficient manner utilising processes and procedures, which mitigate and minimize risk across the business.

You will be supporting Europe region, with shift hours between 3:00PM and 12:00AM or 4:00PM and 1:00AM.

What will you do?


  • To ensure all payments under STE environment are completed within the agreed timeframe, including manual payments.
  • To ensure accuracy of processing in accordance CACEIS Investor Services' expectation.
  • Resolution of payment queries in a timely manner, including STE and manual payments.
  • Posting of payments in accordance with procedures.
  • Acting as primary checker to ensure quality of output in maintained per the stipulated SLA.
  • Provide coaching to other team members to ensure cross-training of all aspects of funds in order to gain satisfactory cover.
  • Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members.
  • Ensure effective logging and resolution /
  • up of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve / escalate queries / problems within agreed timescales.

  • Tertiary educated with relevant background.

  • Prior experience in banking operations or back office.
  • Portray leadership skill.

Required skills


  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Proficient in English (written and oral).

Technical skills required


  • Knowledge in Milvus and ISO, Stelink.
