 Daily Accounting Operations

 Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

 Perform general ledger entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Financial Reporting

 Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

 Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies promptly. Administrative Support

 Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documentation.

 Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits. Compliance and Process Management

 Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

 Support the implementation and maintenance of the Dynamic Accounting System. Communication and Coordination Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

 Liaise with external vendors and clients on payment-related matters, using Mandarin as needed.

 Process Improvement

 Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

 Provide suggestions to improve financial controls and reporting standards.

 Support Regional Operations

 Coordinate accounting-related matters for projects in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

 Ensure clear communication with regional teams and adherence to project budgets.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
