Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial management and reporting functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Director of Finance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close reports, including the consolidation of subgroups.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for investors.
  • Assist in financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance insights.
  • Manage the annual audit process and taxes for assigned entities.
  • Handle bank-related matters for assigned entities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews to uphold financial integrity and transparency.
  • Support the development of financial budgets and forecasts for assigned entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • While the primary focus of this role is financial reporting and compliance, the Finance Manager may also be required to take on additional day-to-day finance-related responsibilities to support the company's business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and solve complex financial challenges.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellence.
