Key Responsibilities:
- Field Surveys:
- Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys to determine legal property lines, elevations, and other geographical features.
- Utilize GPS, drones, and other advanced surveying equipment for data collection.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed land.
- Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and prepare documentation for clients or project managers.
- Site Planning:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to develop site plans that meet zoning and construction requirements.
- Provide technical support and recommendations based on survey results.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all survey activities.
- Maintain accurate records and document survey findings according to industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with clients, government officials, and property owners to discuss survey results, project requirements, and timelines.
- Address concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
