  • Review, draft and administer contracts, subcontracts and other legal agreements in accordance with company policies and project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. local construction laws, and industry standards
  • Assist in contract negotiations and provide support in resolving disputes or claims
  • Manage and track contract variations, change orders and extension of time (EOT) claims
  • Monitor project milestones and contractual deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date contract documentation using Aconex for efficient document control
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and legal teams to address contract-related issues
  • Prepare reports, summaries and correspondence related to contract administration
  • Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks and advise on appropriate action plans

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Laws, Construction Management and related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry in Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Aconex for document control and contract management
  • Experience in claims management, EOT and dispute resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and industry best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
