Job description
- help the restaurant manager and assistant manager lead the staff and ensure the efficient and successful functioning of the business.
- Examine the team's appearance and apparel, and address any issues.
- To efficiently manage bookings and walk-ins, keep an eye on the dining room's seating availability.
- Always uses the proper service methods and has a positive attitude when delivering Food & Beverage items.
- Verify the guests' satisfaction with each meal and beverage by inquiring them.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field
- Age 18 years old above are qualified to apply
- Must be fully vaccinated & booster shots taken
- Minimum 3 years works experience.
- Knowledge of how to prepare meals and beverages is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
