LOGISTIC (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

As a Logistics (Mandarin Speaker) position, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate daily shipment schedules, including incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of all shipment activities.
• Liaise with various departments (e.g., Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Production) to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Manage and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Customer Communication:
• Build, maintain, and improve relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers and other stakeholders (Shippers, Customs brokers, Transporters) regarding shipment status and logistics.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments.
• Logistics Operations:
• Ensure accurate processing of consignment orders based on customer instructions.
• Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory movements.
• Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
• Maintain systematic document filing.
• Mandarin Language Skills:
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Translate documents and materials as needed.
• Other Duties:
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports and updates.
• May be involved in training transport personnel in loading/unloading and vehicle operation procedures.
• Apply and track materials, boards, and finished goods to meet repair needs.
• Receive, check, and count materials and finished products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language: Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Transportation or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Other: Ability to work independently, a self-motivated and positive attitude, and a high degree of integrity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
