  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage Trial run, FAI, Ppk for molding part and IQC.
  • Ensure documentation and drawing updated.
  • PSW preparation
  • Review daily report and activity QA technician
  • FAI and data verification review and share to team
  • Verify molding activities in accordance to standard, inspection plan or quality plan.
  • Perform product FAI, CPK and testing measurement.
  • Understand of injection molding.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date inspection result through SPC monitoring system.
  • Ensure that Inspection Plan file is maintained and keep up to date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Engineer.
  • Support Quality Engineer in performing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  • Perform sampling re-verification of part inspection done by the inspector.
  • Perform machine and process capability study where applicable.(GR&R)
  • Conduct training for Technician and QA inspector.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job requirements

  • Pro. Cert/Dip. in Engineering Discipline with at least 2 year's experience in the similar environment
  • Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Smart Scope.
  • Able to work night shift and willing to work on weekend (if required).
