  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Customer Mgmt- Credit Origination Developer

Tenure: 24 months contract role – Renewable basis

Salary : RM 15000- 17,000

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 production support for banking applications under the CCO domain.
  • Liaise with the production support team for incident resolution, conducting investigations, and coordinating with vendors, testers, users, and L1/L2 teams to identify root causes and implement fixes or improvements.
  • Review and manage testing scope with the testing team; support testing of fixes and implementation to production.
  • Manage and review vendor fixes and support Production Implementation (PI).
  • Investigate Ctrl-M batch job failures and provide workarounds as necessary.
  • Proactively monitor and ensure closure of production Problem Backlog Items (PBI).
  • Provide support for middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in J2EE applications and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong working knowledge of databases like MSSQL and/or ORACLE.
  • Experience in CRM systems (optional but an added advantage).
  • Ability to work across functional domains and technologies to manage BAU L3 support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities with stakeholders

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
