Operation Assistant
Requirements:
o Minimum SPM or its equivalent
o Positive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
o 1-2 years of working experience in automotive is an added advantage
o Excellent organizing, time-management and planning skills
o Excellent communications skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (writing and verbally)
o Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
o Able to work independently as well as with the team
o Computer literate
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Administration
o Process job requisition form and export data into Job Sheet
o Update CarPro vehicles related information including mileage, fuel level, and user details
o Update delivery checklist based on job performed and ensure acknowledgement from user
o Obtain customer’s car details which required service/maintenance
o To fill in Inspection Slip (F44) during job completion
- Operations
o Check car’s condition and ensure minimum requirements are in place
o Responsible for car/replacement car delivery as requested by customers
o Collect car from customer and send car for repair/maintenance
o To ensure car sent for inspection before due
o Repair car and provide contingency plan during car breakdown
o Inspect car on periodic basis when necessary / as assigned by superior
o Transfer cars to outstation upon requirement
o Assist to send customer’s car for service/maintenance
o Perform stock count end of day and match with Inspection Slip (F44)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
