Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the used car trade-in and retail activities

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Oversee and manage the trade-in process by working closely with the used car panel for vehicle inspection, pricing, and transaction processing.

- Ensure seamless integration of the used car panel into EON’s sales process to increase conversion rates.

- Monitor pricing accuracy and market competitiveness by analyzing valuations the used car panel provides.

- Optimize trade-in acceptance rates by aligning EON’s internal goals with the used car panel.

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customers receive transparent and competitive trade-in offers

- Manage relationships with the used car panel, ensuring smooth operations, service quality, and timely transactions.

- Track and analyze trade-in performance data, including offer acceptance rates, offer price turnaround time, and transaction.

- Ensure compliance with documentation and legal requirements related to third-party trade-in transactions.

- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, working with the used car panel to enhance service efficiency.

Critical Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive trade-in operations, remarketing, or used car valuation.

- Experience working with used car platforms such as Carro and Carsome is a strong advantage.

- Strong coordination and relationship management skills to liaise between sales teams and third-party service providers.

- Analytical mindset with knowledge of pricing algorithms, market trends, and trade-in performance metrics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and profitable trade-in transactions.

- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license

- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.

- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, and demonstrates the highest ethical standards

- Initiative, teamwork, and willingness to learn

- Good writing and communication skills (English)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
