  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Metro-E equipment log analysis and prepare initial matrix information.
  • Lead and conduct weekly warroom meetings to discuss migration plans with project teams and customers.
  • Collaborate on network planning, port mapping, and migration verification.
  • Develop Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and migration scripts for Metro-E and NGT nodes.
  • Provide on-site support during migration activities, particularly for client nodes during night migrations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical solutions on-site based on project requirements.
  • Generate network monitoring KPI reports post-migration to ensure performance compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in telecommunications (IP domain).
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Metro-E, and data communication technologies.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
  • Ability to analyze service performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize network performance.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with TM Metro-E networks is an added advantage.
  • Python scripting skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work night shifts and be on standby for critical network events.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
