  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage invoice confirmations, payment reconciliations, and collection monitoring. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm invoices in the customer portal and prepare summary invoices for record-keeping.
  • Perform account reconciliations and accurately post payment transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Handle sundry debtor postings, maintain proper financial documentation, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Monitor and ensure collections are processed correctly according to customer payment details and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports on outstanding balances and support the finance team in maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Business-level proficiency in English to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Contract Duration: 4 Months (Mid July - Mid Nov)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
