ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing documentation for changes in reporting, departments, transfers, redesignation, extensions of service, acceptance of resignations, end of contract letters, extensions for foreign workers etc.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed in compliance to employment regulations & internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinating the exit process for staff leaving the company i.e. Preparing & ensuring all relevant documents are acknowledged/completed.
- Verifying leave, overtime and shift allowance and prepare the data to be submitted to payroll every month.
- Cleaning data for new SAP system.
- Filing of physical documents & digitalization of staff P-files.
- Responding to enquiries from staff within 24 hours.
- Any other duties or task required by the company, including but not limited to the above.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/higher diploma holder.
- Microsoft skills required (knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas such as Vlookup preferable).
- Knowledgeable in the local labour law and regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organised, efficient and has good time-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,728.49 - RM3,000.00 per month
