  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • To come out with product packaging information standard, standard operating procedure for machineries and operations.
  • To design part or solve for engineering process problem.
  • To liaise with other department to solve process problem.
  • To be able to write technical writing related to machines and working procedure.
  • To monitor process/ production work flow in order to achieve the production KPI.
  • To understand and resolve any issue happened in production line.
  • Conduct study, understand existing production flow and suggest idea to improve/enhance current process flow.
  • To develop SOP and Ol to ensure critical processes and control points are properly controlled and documented for consistent performance.
  • Operator training and skill development - maintenance, upkeep and upgrade training centre, preparing, improve and execute skill training material and program, conduct and update skill matrix assessment schedule according to plan
  • RFQ (Request for Quotation) preparation for Costing on time
  • Conduct cycle time study and continuous improvement in current process flow in order to ensure production operate smoothly and achieve production target.
  • Other tasks will be assigned from time to time from management in order to align with organization direction and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production processes.
  • Ability to train and develop operators in machine operations and process improvements.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
