1) Assist in overseeing the quality functions including incoming raw material testing, in-process testing, process control, final product inspection and customer satisfaction.
2) Assist in trouble-shooting on quality related issues and recommends viable solutions for any quality related issues.
3) Verify product return from customer and seeking advise from management if needed.
4) On-hold product with proper identification and follow up the status
5) Updating I product specification for finished product and (from customer until related department)
6) Initiate corrective action request to others department for non conformity. (CAR issuance)
7) Respond to customer complaint within time frame and get action from others department
8) Perform Ante-mortem and Post mortem record for DVS by monthly
9) Verify incoming raw material and clarify specifications using customers or suppliers specification.
10) In-charged in monitor sub-ordinates and provide technical support and responsible for manpower arrangement and confirmation.
11) Maintain SDS for all chemicals used or stored in the plant.
12) In-charged in internal and external calibration.
13) Responsible in sending sample to external laboratory (including duplicate sample for DVS).
14) Verifying COA/Declaration to customer.
15) Responsible in updating shelf life of products.
16) Involved in internal audit, cold room audit, supplier audit, and customer audit and government authorities.
17) Ensure that all documents are filled and kept in a systematic and updated.
18) Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
19) Assis in preparation for FSSC Training 2024.

1) Possess Degree in Food Technology with experience
