  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Standard order management including quote request/expedites/pull ins/cancellation/push outs and returns.
  • Support review of account booking/backlog/billing with Sales.
  • Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample request and customer questionnaire.
  • Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with customers.
  • Support customer account screening and registration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Customer Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, with a passion for delivering excellent support.
  • Knowledge of order management systems such as SAP, Model N, or Oracle is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
