Position 1 : HRIS Analyst – Data Migration
The data migration role will be part of a HR Technology program team working in multiple legacy systems to extract, transform and validate data at various stages in a project for a successful implementation of a new payroll and time solution ( workforce software and employee central payroll within Success Factors)
Skills required:
- Success Factors employee central knowledge
- Success Factors ECP knowledge ( nice to have)
- Be able to work with multiple stakeholders within region and our implementation partner
- Analytical in approach
- Basic understanding of payroll
- Work to timescales and rapid deadlines
- Can work with legacy data and interpret into new system field requirements
- Strong excel and formula skills required
Key Requirements:
- Experience/ understanding in payroll and SuccessFactors exposure (must).
- Open to HR Generalists or Payroll Specialists with SuccessFactors experience.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
