JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential clients within the high-demand area of Penang, focusing on restaurants, bars, dining establishments, and fusion cuisine venues.
  • Managing Modern Trade, HoReCa, Micro, B2B, Trade Marketing and all kind of sales related division.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to secure meetings and opportunities for product presentation.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Understand the client's needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience and reach sales targets.
  • Prepare purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to optimize their experience with our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Compile daily visit reports detailing interactions with clients and prospects.
  • Perform relevant ad hoc jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum certificate in any relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Mandarin speaker will be added advantage due to business nature.
  • Proven experience in business sales and relationship management.
  • Must be able to have own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
