What You’ll Be Doing:
- Invoice Processing & Verification – Handle vendor invoices, verify details, and process staff claims efficiently.
- Purchase Requisition & Reconciliation – Review purchase requests and perform invoice reconciliation in the ARIBA system.
- Payment Processing & Reconciliation – Prepare payment reconciliation files and coordinate with the payment team.
- Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Communication – Respond to and resolve OpCo (Operating Company) inquiries promptly.
- Month-End Closing – Support the monthly AP closing process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement – Identify and contribute to operational enhancements to streamline workflows.
- Ad-Hoc Support – Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background – Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
- Experience – 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ARIBA/Oracle is a plus.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented – High level of accuracy, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
