Job Description:
- Plan and lead LDR outbound campaigns.
- Lead generation: Identifying potential customers through research, database mining, and outreach campaigns.
- Qualifying leads: Assessing whether a prospect is a good fit for the company's product or service based on their needs and decision-making power.
- Cold outreach: Initiating contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Building rapport: Establishing initial relationships with prospects to understand their pain points and business challenges.
- Setting appointments: Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. Sit in the first discovery call.
- Data management: Maintaining accurate information about leads and interactions within the CRM system.
- Sales cycle education: Educating prospects about the company's offerings and value proposition.
- Collaboration with sales team: Working closely with Sales and Consultants to provide necessary information about qualified leads and facilitate a seamless transition throughout the sales process.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in related sales or marketing positions.
- 3-5 years of SDR experience in Solutions and Services; previous Software Sales experience not necessary but an added advantage
- Highly motivated, results-oriented with a positive and determined approach to researching and developing new Sales Qualified Leads.
- Quick to adopt new skills, motivated for career development, and able to develop an excellent understanding of the value proposition of company's solutions.
- Clear and confident in phone and e-mail prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understands the prospect’s business, and able to express that understanding accurately to the sales team
- Knowledge of various outreach tools like SFDC and LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo
- Passionate team player and a self-starter. Tackles routine tasks with energy and commitment
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
