  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Role:

1. Perform production control through DCS operation and monitor in day time.

2. Support shift team in shift time as Assistant Supervisor when needed.

3. Executor & controller of production process. (Mainly DCS & support field operation)

4. Internal coordination intermediary.

5. Any task to be assigned by Superior/Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. SPM/certificate/Diploma or above in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related.

2. Minimum 1 year experience operate DCS. Preferable Yokogawa system)

3. Familiar with Microsoft Office & QSHE Management system.

4. Have knowledge in operation DCS system, QSHE Management, Instrument & computer skills.

5. Ready to work at any shift and any work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate DCS to control & regulate process variables units.

2. Coordinate start-up, shutdown and normal operations/ maintenance activities with shift team during day time using procedures.

3. Responsible for alarm management and DCS systems.

4. Record and compile daily consumption data from Exaquantum.

5. Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.

6. Perform troubleshooting and resolve operational issues from DCS.

7. Support shift team in shift time as Boardman when needed.

8. Perform any special task assign by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
