Responsibilities:

Commercial Production Stage & Plant Maintenance:-

· Execute for Maintenance activities under Breakdown Maintenance (BM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Cleaning Shutdown (CSD) and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) specifically for Rotating Equipment

· Execute for all maintenance work (work planning & arrangement, execution, quality evaluation, etc).

· Prepare maintenance procedure & specification and generate Maintenance report (Rotating) in weekly and monthly basis.

· Assist on spare part management – Mechanical Rotating including planning, ordering and receiving activity.

· Execute to liaise with DMC / other contractor on work arrangement, manpower planning, cost, schedule, and other related arrangement such as related overtime hours.

· Assist and support Assistant Manager, Maintenance team to execute and communicate regularly with all Maintenance team, to ensure good two-way communication concerning Maintenance issue inclusive of training and development matters.

· Oversee and manage RFM through CMMS system & manual form.

· Execute and arrange resources (material, manpower, etc.) for maintenance work.

· Manage & oversee tasks of direct Maintenance Technician.

· Manage Daily Maintenance Contractor (DMC) for Mechanical team – Rotating such as conduct daily, weekly and monthly meeting and report generated.

· Assist warehouse on consumable spare parts & inventories work arrangement and execution

· Make sure all maintenance work conducted in compliance with SHE and authority requirement and regulation.

· Assist to support with DOSH authority on lifting equipment such as PMA Chain Hoist Crane for any technical query, clarification, etc.

· Ensure successful start-up of Plant Commissioning and operation from maintenance perspective.

· Identify risks and hazards during operation and responsible to all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards.

Execute for LTIMP and update the excel document provided by AIM team after completed for Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Requirement:

1) Graduated from Diploma/ Degree of Mechanical

2) Preferably 3-5 years and above maintenance experience experience in chemical plant

3) Knowledges and experiences in engineering and maintenance of rotating equipment (Centrifugal/Diaphragm Pump, Compressor, Blower, Rotary Valve, Agitator)

4) Knowledges and experience in Extruder

5) Certified or possess experience in equipment vibration and lube oil analysis

6) Fit to work

7) Rotating Maintenance Program - Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BDM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Piping Design etc.

8) Project & engineering management.

9) Computer (Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS)

10) Contractor Management
