  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible for creating, managing, and supporting digital media content that enhances the teaching and learning experience. This role involves photography, videography, multimedia design, live streaming support, training faculty in e-learning activities, and supporting university events. Work closely with faculty members to produce high-quality multimedia content for educational purposes and contribute to the development of online courses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Media Content Creation: Develop and produce digital media content, including photography, videography, and multimedia designs, tailored to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
  • Photography Support: Capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in teaching materials, presentations, and online platforms, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Videography Support: Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, production, and post-production editing. Edit video content, add visual and audio effects, and ensure the final product is polished and ready for educational use.
  • Live Streaming Support: Provide technical support for live streaming of classes, lectures, and events, ensuring smooth and reliable broadcasts. Set up and operate live streaming equipment, troubleshoot issues, and manage live production.
  • Faculty Training and Support: Offer training sessions and one-on-one support to faculty members on various e-learning tools and multimedia production techniques. Assist faculty in integrating digital media content into their teaching practices.
  • Studio and Equipment Maintenance: Manage and organize multimedia equipment and the studio to maintain efficiency in content development.

Job Requirement

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in multimedia design, video production, or digital content creation.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Ps, Pr, Ae, Au, Lr, Id) and multimedia software.
  • Photography & Videography: Proficiency in capturing, editing, and producing high-quality digital media content.
  • Live Streaming: Experience using OBS Studio or similar live-streaming tools.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Bonus Advantages: Basic 3D Modelling and Animation, good understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and experience with AI tools for multimedia content creation.
