  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

1. Report for issue & requirement for customer complaint

2. Information for activity Internal Quality Audit, Customer Audit & SIRIM Audit

3. To deal with any complaint arises from customer regarding company's part/product

4. To investigate whether the complaint and Original Failure Part (OFP) comes from our sides or customer's fault

5. To submit report to customer by following customer time frame

6. Responsible in reporting to customer regarding sorting, rework or improvement activities due to customer complaints

7. To liaise and initiate meeting with other department/section to solve problems regarding customer complaints and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities

8. To update related quality document such as Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow, Quality Alert, check sheet etc whenever complaint arises 4.17 QR 020 REV : A1 (Customer Complaint Verification Checklist)

9. To verify effectiveness of action taken with specific production lot sampling, once for 3 months

10. To conduct internal product audit for problematic parts.

Criteria:
1) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, at least 3A in SPM and good health condition

2) Candidates must have at least a Degree/Diploma in manufacturing/

mechanical/automotive engineering

3) Proficient in Microsoft Office-Work & Excel and time management.

4) Strong interpersonal communication and minimal supervisory skills supervision.

5) Ability to quickly learn new skills and acquire knowledge.

6) Organized and disciplined, able to work independently and in a team.

7) Able to work under pressure

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
