Job Description:

  • Evaluate all agreement and invoices and organize customer contracts.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Prepare, send and store the record of invoice on time.
  • Offer support to the finance team as needed.
  • Scheduling, meetings and appointment and other task assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s) working experience is required for this position.
  • Strong verbal and written communicate skills.
  • Good knowledge of book keeping procedure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
  • Fresh graduates are encouranged to apply.
