Job Description:
- Evaluate all agreement and invoices and organize customer contracts.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Prepare, send and store the record of invoice on time.
- Offer support to the finance team as needed.
- Scheduling, meetings and appointment and other task assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) working experience is required for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communicate skills.
- Good knowledge of book keeping procedure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
