  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing student onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to welcome and integrate new students into our programs. These include attending recruitment fairs, open house and seminars.
  • Provide program advice to prospective students and parents via face-to-face counselling, email and phone correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and optimize the student experience.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and onboarding guides, to effectively communicate program benefits and requirements.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and student feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student onboarding and marketing to continuously enhance our approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer or student onboarding preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
