Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Technician / Senior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Oversee material follow-up inspections and collaborate with engineers for issue resolution.
- Conduct on-site inspections based on incoming material inspection standards.
- Train staff on equipment operation, spot inspections, and maintenance, ensuring familiarity with 2.5D measurement, CMM, and GD&T tolerances.
- Manage fixed assets, fixtures, and department ledger, including maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Handle new equipment procurement, coordinate investment reviews (ME, IE, SRC), and ensure timely installation for incoming material testing.
- Develop training programs for new employees to enhance inspection skills and foster multi-skilled workers.
- Communicate with SQE, MC, WH, RD, PQE, SRC, and other departments for quality-related matters.
- Utilize computer systems (PLM, QSI, WI, SOP) to review and support inspection processes.
- Identify and report abnormal incoming materials while ensuring corrective action follow-ups.
- Operate various IQC equipment and instruments efficiently.
- Utilize SAP system proficiently for module inspections and verification. IQC-Supplier Quality Senior Technician
- Assist in handling abnormal materials on the production line, including sorting, RTV, repairs, material borrowing, selection arrangement, identification, and returns.
- Coordinate supplier visits while ensuring factory confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Follow up on material improvements, verification processes, and feedback on effectiveness, serving as a key contact for new project implementation and production line issue resolution. QSE-Quality Operations Team Leader
- Develop and implement document management systems to ensure control and compliance.
- Oversee document numbering, archiving, distribution, retrieval, modification, copying, and disposal.
- Manage the distribution, verification, and monitoring of external documents.
- Maintain record management to ensure timely and secure preservation.
Requirements:
- Technical secondary school or high school education or above.
- Minimum 2 years of QA work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel).
- Strong execution, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across internal and external departments.
- Logical thinker with a strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and self-motivation.
