Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in accreditation-related tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in compliance, documentation, and accreditation processes within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing accreditation documentation.
  • Support the submission of reports and compliance materials to accreditation bodies.
  • Maintain accurate records of accreditation requirements, policies, and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
  • Help with audits and ensure all HR documents meet compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative support for accreditation-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
