Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR administration functions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR database updates.
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including handling inquiries and document filing.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
