ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with creative, digital, media, and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing marketing strategies, creative briefs, and campaign roadmaps that align with client goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure campaigns stay within budget and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and support in pitching additional services to existing and acquiring new clients.
- Industry Insights: Stay up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, and traditional advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.
