JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing across multiple channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and digital specialists, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Financial & Budget Management: Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion, upselling services, and acquiring new clients.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, provide data driven insights, and present findings to clients to optimize future strategies.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor strategies to provide innovative solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and other client service professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture while ensuring career growth and professional development opportunities for team members.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing within an agency setting, AND 3+ Years of experience as an account director.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategies, including digital, social, content, experiential, and traditional advertising.
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and high-value client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
