ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I) ENGINEER

Job Description

1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning (ML) and deep learning models for real-world applications.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

3. Optimize and fine-tune neural networks, transformer-based architectures, and other advanced AI models for performance and efficiency

4. Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets, ensuring high data quality for model training and evaluation.

5. Leverage state-of-the-art AI frameworks and MLOps tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, ONNX) for streamlined development and deployment.

6. Stay ahead of AI trends, including generative AI, foundation models, multimodal learning, and self-supervised learning.

7. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI models to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in production environments.

Qualifications & Related Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related field.

2. Proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in a production environment.

3. Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or C++, with experience in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).

4. Experience with modern AI techniques, such as large-scale deep learning, transformers, and generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).

5. Knowledge of advanced AI domains such as computer vision (CV), natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning is a plus.

6. Experience with distributed computing and efficient model training, including GPU/TPU acceleration and quantization techniques.

7. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment.

Experience:

1. Junior Between 1 - 3 year(s) of AI Development related working experience.
