Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations at Geno Hotel, ensuring high cleanliness standards and a comfortable environment for guests. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient usage.
  • Address guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to housekeeping team members.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
