Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking employees' attendance records to ensure their punctuality and compliance with company policies.
  • ·Perform timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • ·Computing deductions and entering data into payroll system.
  • ·Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • ·Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned. and other ad-hoc duties & tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sense of urgency.
  • Independent and able to work minimum supervision.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
  • Willing to work under pressure and deadline.
  • Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
