Job Responsibilities:
- Checking employees' attendance records to ensure their punctuality and compliance with company policies.
- ·Perform timely and accurate payroll administration.
- ·Computing deductions and entering data into payroll system.
- ·Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- ·Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned. and other ad-hoc duties & tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with great sense of urgency.
- Independent and able to work minimum supervision.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline.
- Able to join immediately will be an added advantage.
