  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Manage and enhance the livestreaming experience. Tasks may include monitoring chat interactions, moderating content, coordinating technical aspects, and engaging with the audience to ensure a smooth and enjoyable broadcast.

  • Chat Moderation: Monitor and manage the chat section, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
  • Technical Coordination: Ensures the seamless operation of livestream technical tools. This includes overseeing equipment setup and arrangement.
  • Technical Support: Address technical issues promptly to maintain smooth livestream operations.
  • Audience Interaction Monitoring: Monitor the audience responses on comments and questions.
  • Content Moderation: Ensure that the content aligns with guidelines and policies, removing inappropriate or offensive material.
  • Coordination with Hosts: Collaborate with livestream hosts to coordinate transitions, announcements, and other on-air activities.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical glitches, troubleshoot audio/video problems, and manage unexpected challenges.
  • Promotion: Assist in promoting livestream planning to encourage viewership and sharing relevant information on e-commerce platforms.
  • Time Management: Keep track of time-sensitive elements, such as scheduled breaks, promotions, or special segments.
  • Audience Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from viewers to improve future live streams or address immediate concerns.
  • Data Analytics: Track key metrics, such as viewer count, engagement levels, and other analytics, to assess the livestream's performance and effectiveness.
  • Ad hoc tasks and e-commerce related improvement projects as assigned by superior.

Job requirement

  • Minimum SPM certificate holder.
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to work after working-hour, during weekend and public holiday
  • Working hour are as follows:
  • Campaign days: Morning shift : 6am - 4pm Night shift : 4pm - 2am
  • BAU: Morning shift : 8am - 6pm Night shift : 2pm - 12am

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
