Membership & Qualification Advisor (Admin)

Working Location:- Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Up to RM5000

Working hours and days: Monday – Friday (9a.m – 6p.m)

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Member Guidance & Support – Provide clear guidance on membership and registration processes, communicate outcomes, and respond efficiently to inquiries.
  • Processing Applications – Manage and oversee membership/registration applications, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Operational & Data Management – Maintain accurate records, generate reports, reconcile data, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify areas for improvement, analyze issues, recommend corrective actions, and enhance efficiency in processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with volunteers, licensing bodies, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:-

  • Technical Skills – Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data management, with experience in databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to interact across various customer service platforms, including phone, email, and video calls.
  • Knowledge & Experience – Familiarity with regulatory standards, membership processes, and volunteer management, with an educational background that includes English and Mathematics.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
