Job Requirements: (Both)
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 1 year experience in logistics industry or others (to be consider)
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP System (with/without)
- A MUST for speaking and writing in English
- Hardworking, multi-tasking and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, independent, able to meet tight deadlines and good communication skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- SPM, STPM and Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions:
- Attend to local and international customers calls and emails, shipping/carrier/liners/NVOCC companies and Freight forwarder enquiries efficiently via email or phone. Local Malaysia companies 50% and International 50% (mainly Hong Kong and USA).
- Handle overall operation of the Sea & Air Freight Export shipments. Responsible for the sea and air shipment bookings with shipping/carrier/liners/NVOCC companies.
- Internal SAP Cargo Management System and DSM system (billing purpose only).
- Tracking and follow up all shipments and update Agents/Customers with relevant documentations and proof of delivery from the carriers.
- Manage & monitor daily shipment activities.
- Provide quality service to existing and new customers.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- Additional Task : Coordination with Finance Department - Related matters, Billing and Payment collection.
Working Hours;
Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 6.00pm
Sat, Sun & PH : Off Day (Willingness to work if required)
** Overtime claimable for working extra hours and off days
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
